Investment Summary

Miller Square is comprised of two contiguous properties consisting of 25 and 26 units.  The two buildings are conveniently located in the North University of Texas submarket and situated less than a block from Red River Street, the main north-south thoroughfare on the campus’ eastern border. Miller Square represented an opportunity consistent with our investment thesis of acquiring well-located and under -performing Class-C housing with dysfunctional management, and deferred maintenance; all of which presented an opportunity to improve operations, elevate rental rates more reflective of the market, thereby increasing the asset’s value.
